Recognize and Celebrate Excellence at Lynn Panting Dance

We believe in nurturing more than just dance skills—we strive to build a community where kindness, leadership, and personal growth are celebrated. Our Studio Star Recognition Initiative shines a spotlight on community members who go above and beyond, embodying the values of creativity, confidence, and connection.

This initiative allows us to acknowledge and celebrate moments of kindness, improvement, leadership, contribution, and skill among our dancers, staff and dance families. By recognizing these qualities, we aim to boost self-esteem, foster a sense of belonging, and inspire everyone in our studio to support and uplift one another.

How It Works

• Nominate Someone Special: Fill out the form below to nominate someone who has made a positive impact. Nominations can come from students, staff, or dance families and can be anonymous or identifiable.

• Categories for Recognition:

  • Kindness Champion – Someone who always lends a hand or offers encouragement.

  • Hard Work Hero – Someone who pushes themselves to improve and grow.

  • Leadership Luminary – Someone who leads by example and inspires their peers.

  • Creative Spirit – Someone whose ideas and artistry stand out.

  • Community Role Model – Someone who exemplifies community by supporting others, fostering inclusion, and helping create a positive and welcoming environment at the studio.

What Happens Next?

Each month, nominated students will be celebrated through:

• Studio Announcements: We’ll share their story and contributions with the LPD community.

• Special Recognition: Honorees will receive a physical sticker and a digital badge to mark their achievements.

• Studio Display: Names will be added to our Recognition Wall for all to see.

Why It Matters

This initiative is about more than awards—it's about creating a supportive environment where every dancer feels valued. By highlighting the positive impact of our students (and others), we build a stronger, kinder, and more connected studio community
